Linda Bazant LLB (Hons): Director
Linda is a Barrister with a Law and Politics degree and is a member of Gray’s Inn and BACFI. She is also a director of Retail Therapy Television. Linda specializes in corporate and media law and is responsible for all commercial and legal issues including Clearcast script clearance.
Linda’s past clients include TYCO and ADT where, she was part of the Mergers and Acquisitions Team conducting due diligence, pre-deal and clause negotiation with Acquisitions Managers.
Linda was then engaged by the RAC as part of their Data Protection Compliance team to produce their corporate compliance manual. From 2004 to 2007, Linda was also Managing Director of one of the UK’s leading H&S Recruitment Consultancies. In late 2007 Linda decided to dedicate all of her time and resources to her own companies.
Steve Hyland: Director
Steve Hyland started his career as a technical specialist in the electronics industry. Later moving into brand marketing. This included all page advertising and press coverage for a Pan- European brand. Using many of his skills and knowledge, Steve developed and moved into the broadcast industry working in both radio and television. He started his professional broadcast career in radio. For nearly fifteen years working for Radio Mercury, a UK ILR station serving Sussex and Surrey.
He has worked for major broadcast brands inluding QVC, Granada Television, Channel 4 and Home Shopping Networks (HSN).
He also specialises in corporate communications working for major blue chip companies.
Today, he is a familiar face on shopping and quiz television channels. having presented thousands of hours of live television, voiced commercials and compered corporate events.
